1 General Provisions

ff bd is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the core agreement between ff bd and all its users ("Members"). By accessing the platform or creating an account, you fully accept all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. ff bd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time — more details on this are given in Section 12.

The ff bd platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and various other game categories. Each category and its specific games may have their own rules, which apply alongside these general terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Applicants must be at least 21 years old to open an account on ff bd. No person under 21 may register on this platform. If a minor creates an account using false information, all transactions on that account will be considered void.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are found, ff bd reserves the right to close them immediately and cancel any associated bonuses.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

When opening an account, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details. Providing incorrect information will prevent account verification and may result in withdrawals being suspended. To change information after registration, contact the support team directly.

2.4 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the ff bd support team immediately.

3 Account Verification

ff bd reserves the right to verify the identity of members to ensure secure transactions. Verification may require submission of a copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

If a member fails or refuses to provide the documents required for verification, ff bd reserves the right to suspend transactions on that account and, if necessary, close the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ff bd is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits must be made only from the member's own payment method; third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The applicable wagering requirements for any bonus must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ff bd complies with anti-money laundering regulations. ff bd has the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and may place a hold on it if necessary. Members may be asked to provide documentation regarding the source of their funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit will receive a 150% bonus, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

ff bd runs various promotional offers from time to time, such as the ff bd Weekly Reload Festival (30% bonus up to ৳8,000, 15x wagering), ff bd Slot Adventure Bonus (50% bonus up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering), and ff bd Weekend Cricket Dhamaka (40% bonus up to ৳6,000, 12x wagering). Specific terms apply to each offer separately.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A specific promotion can be claimed only once per member, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on approved games; using a bonus on prohibited games will result in its cancellation.
• The period for completing the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• ff bd reserves the right to change the terms of promotional offers or discontinue a promotion.
• If multiple accounts are created or coordinated bets are placed to take advantage of bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, once a bet is placed and the event has started, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, ff bd will settle it according to its own rules. Betting on both outcomes of the same event ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

In casino and slot games, the result of each round is determined by an independent Random Number Generation process (RNG). If a software error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, ff bd reserves the right to void that round and settle it correctly.

6.3 Validity of Bets

If a bet is determined to be invalid for any reason, ff bd may return the original stake to the member's account. If an unusually large win arises due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or any other reason, ff bd reserves the right to review that amount and correct it as appropriate.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ff bd platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Hacking, introducing viruses, or inserting harmful code into the platform's software or systems.
• Placing coordinated bets ("syndicate betting") or betting using arbitrage methods.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another person.
• Harassing or attempting to harm platform staff or other members.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting money laundering.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ff bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account at any time without prior notice, particularly if:

• The member violates any provision of these Terms.
• The information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• The documents required for verification are not provided.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

Before closing an account, ff bd will attempt to return all valid balances (excluding bonuses) to the member, though ff bd reserves the right to withhold the return while an investigation is ongoing. A member may also voluntarily close their own account; in that case, they should contact the support team.

9 Limitation of Liability

The ff bd platform is operated on an "as is" basis. ff bd will not be directly liable if a member suffers a loss due to a technical error, loss of internet connection, or any other reason. If an error is found in a game result, ff bd reserves the right to correct it.

The possibility of financial loss in gambling is always present. ff bd never promises guaranteed winnings or a fixed income. Members are solely responsible for any losses incurred from using the platform.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

ff bd is committed to protecting members' personal information. Details on how information collected during registration and transactions is used, stored, and kept secure can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Members' information is not sold to any third party. However, if it becomes necessary to disclose information due to legal requirements or the direction of a regulatory authority, ff bd is obligated to do so. A member's name, address, and transaction details may be used for verification and fraud prevention purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming Commitment

ff bd believes in responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment only, not as a solution to financial problems. Members can set their own deposit and betting limits, and can take a temporary or long-term break from their account.

12 Changes to Terms

ff bd reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean the member has accepted the new terms. If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may close their account.
